If you are in need or looking for a great appetizer, you need to try this Olive Cheese Dip. I made this a few times for parties, birthdays, backyard BBQs, and dinner gatherings. Each time this dip has received great reviews, even from those that don't care for olives. It's warm, creamy, full of flavor, and has a surprisingly nice spicy kick to it.
Serve with low carb dippers such as celery, cucumber, and even carrots (yes, I do eat carrots while following a low carb diet. It's okay, just watch your portions).

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and stir well to combine.
3. Spread into a small baking dish and bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the dish is hot.
