Indian Spiced Biscuits | Keto | Low Carb

Freshly baked Indian Spiced Biscuits are sure to be a crowd pleaser. The array of Indian spices and red onion will wake your palette and make you smile. These are much like a masala bun or khara bun. They are a savory biscuit with mild spiciness that offers a great depth of flavor. They are made with @mauiketotreats Dinner Roll Mix, garam masala, red onion, turmeric, chili powder, red chili flakes, and parsley (cilantro would make it more traditional, but some of family members don't care for cilantro). Brush with melted butter as soon as the come out of the oven...heavenly!

These can be served plain or with extra butter. They can be stuffed or used to scoop up delicious Indian foods (chicken tikka masala, saag paneer, pickle/chutney, Indian fried cabbage, etc.).

I served the Indian Spiced Biscuits with a Tandoori Chicken and Creamy Coleslaw, and we loved dipping them right in the curry coleslaw dressing. I'm thinking they would be great little sliders filled with the chicken and coleslaw. What do you think?
